Delete your BahtTap account

You can delete your account in the app at any time. If you can't sign in, ask us to do it for you.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open BahtTap and sign in.
  2. On the Charge screen, tap the person icon at the top.
  3. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Deleting your account also closes your shop on BahtTap for good. We still pay out any money we owe you.

What we delete

  • Your sign-in, your name and your email address
  • Your shop's mobile number
  • Your shop, which is closed and can't take payments again

What we have to keep

Records of payments you took, refunds and payouts are kept for at least 5 years to meet Thai tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering rules. They're then deleted or anonymised.
